We are excited to welcome you to Pratt Chiropractic! When you book your appointment, we’ll provide you with a link so you can complete your new patient paperwork online prior to your visit.
Your First Visit
When you arrive, Dr. Pratt will greet you with a smile and make you feel right at home. Our office is relaxed and calming, so you can be comfortable from the moment you walk through the door.
Your consultation with Dr. Pratt will include discussing your past health history and how it relates to your current condition, what has prompted you to seek care today, and what your goals are. She’ll also take your vitals.
Next, Dr. Pratt will conduct a thorough examination, including range of motion assessments and orthopedic and chiropractic evaluations. She’ll explain what she’s doing throughout the process so you know what to expect.
After your exam, Dr. Pratt will explain what she found and what the underlying cause of your symptoms is. She’ll explain how our approach to care may be able to help and then, if you’re ready to begin, she’ll typically do your first chiropractic adjustment at this visit.
Paying for Care
We do not accept insurance because we are committed to providing the care you need without interference from insurance companies. You may pay for care with any major credit card or your HSA or FSA.
We are transparent with our fees, and whether you book online or by telephone, we’ll provide you our fees at the time of scheduling so you know what to expect. We never want there to be any surprises with our care.
